Here is Toccarra James – Actress, Woman Of God - Unapologetic!

“What a ride this has been!! The woman that sits before you was once a very lost soul to say the least. You name it, I’ve just about done it and I can guarantee you that! A lot of times though, The Lord must take you all the way to the bottom so that when you resurface, there is no doubt in your

mind who did it for you. He will even put people in your path to lend a hand that will try and take some of the credit but you will know in your

knower (as the older church use to say) that if it hadn’t been for The Lord on your side!!”

“Just like any youngster, my entire life was a party. So much so that I had become the life of it! From city to city, I was turnt! “Ha-ha”! Although I

was brought up in the church, I veered away and found another place to spend my time, the strip club and ecstasy was my first, middle and last name! “Ha-ha! For whatever reason though, I always remembered to give my tithe and seldom missed a pay period. I could also tell there was something different about me. I’ve always been able to see in the spirit and discern things about people and situations that were no good for me and my friends

and even random people I didn’t even know.”

 

“I’ve been saved twice before so I guess you can call me a “backslider” but when the Lord has an assignment for you, He won’t let it rest until His

word accomplishes what He has set out for it to accomplish. Almost three years ago, I had a dream which wasn’t abnormal because again, I’m a dreamer. This dream though was a little different and although I won’t go into detail about it, I will say when I woke up; I was excited as if I was just given a bunch of money “ha- 2 ha”. My life has not been the same since. I took the biggest leap of faith I’ve ever taken in my entire life December 18, 2015 when I resign from my fulltime job.”

“Since taking that leap, He has opened doors that I could not have imagined. I have a Non-Profit where I mentor at-risk youth and adults and provide life coaching skills. He has recently opened doors for me to appear in several TV shows and a couple of motion pictures to include the upcoming

Black Panther starring Lupita Nyong’o and Chad Boseman and Oprah’s “Greenleaf”. I also was just cast for a speaking role in a new short film

entitled “Plenty of Game”. I’ll keep you guys posted on the release date as soon as it’s available.”

“I have never been to school for what He’s doing in my life. I have no experience and this is not what I prayed for but His word declared He would

do exceedingly, abundantly above anything we could ask or think.”
